Consent to personal data processing

You give this consent with a separate checkbox when you sign in to xolodok.pro with your phone number or email. Without it we cannot accept your order.

By ticking the consent box and confirming my phone number or email on the xolodok.pro website, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give my consent to [company details will be added before launch] (the “service” below) to process my personal data on the following terms.

1. Purpose: signing in to the site and my profile; accepting and carrying out my orders for an air conditioner engineer visit: finding an engineer, showing on the map where they are and when they will arrive, calls and messages about the order; support replies; the warranty on the work; protecting sign-in and orders from strangers and robots.
2. Data: phone number; email, if I sign in with email; name; profile photo, if I add one; address, entrance, apartment, floor, intercom and the point on the map; what is wrong with the air conditioner, visit time, comment and photos of the problem, if I provide them; the progress and result of the order (engineer, time of setting off and arrival, what was done, amount, warranty term); my rating of the job and review; messages to support; where I am, if I allow the site to use my location; technical sign-in data (date and time, IP address, browser and device type).
3. Actions with the data: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer (provision and access), blocking, deletion, destruction; with and without automation tools.
4. Recipients: the engineer doing my order (name, number, address and order details); persons the service has instructed to process the data: a hosting provider in Russia [the name will be added before launch] and SMS.ru (only the number, for the SMS code or sign-in by call).
5. Storage: only on servers in the Russian Federation.
6. Term: the consent is valid while I have a profile on the site or until I withdraw it. The service keeps information about completed orders for the warranty and reporting [the period will be added before launch].
7. Withdrawal: delete the account in my profile on the site (“Delete account”) or write to or call the service [email and phone number will be added before launch]. After withdrawal the data is deleted within 30 days, unless the law requires it to be kept longer.
